What is the Hallucinate X Return Policy?
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days from when your order was shipped (The day we shipped out your package). We do not offer Refunds for Returns. We will send you a replacement upon approval of your return request at firstname.lastname@example.org. Return items must be unworn/unwashed/with tags and in new condition. This includes visible signs of use including, deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hair, etc. We will not process your replacement if the items are not within these conditions upon receipt of the items here at Hallucinate X.
If you received Defective, Damaged or Incorrect items, contact us within 3 days of when your package was delivered with a photo of the defect or issue to: email@example.com so we can fix it for you.
Please note that we will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to the incorrect shipping address.
How do I get my Return started?
First, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. The subject line must be - Return request. The email must contain photos of the defect or any other issue and the order confirmation number. Upon approval of your Return request, please ship your Return items to us at either of the addresses:

*Required - Include a Printed copy of your Order confirmation or your packing slip in your return package that lists your order number and items that were ordered with us.
What happens once my Return items arrive at Hallucinate X?
Once we receive your return, we will process your replacement within 5 business days.
